Bad sports
We're all familiar with Judith Leiber's minaudieres, and Lulu Guiness' whimsical handbag designs, but after seeing this bag from Gili Handbags, it's decided. The novelty handbag thing has gone too far.
A basketball court, depicted in miniature on a handbag? What gives?
Maybe if it was a gym bag...but it's too small. Maybe as a gag gift for a basketball season widow...but at $780, that's a very spendy gag.
It's not even an attractive shape, and far too wide to be carried comfortably or attractively under the arm as intended (with a 10 inch drop, this is not a satchel).
I'm trying very hard to find one nice thing to say...OK, it is mostly a fairly nice shade of beige suede. ...
Especially when compared to the soccer field version
in a not so lovely, shade of grasshopper green.

For a gag bag - the price is way too high. I've never heard of this designer before, so I don't know why they feel the need to price their bags so high.
I am fond of the basketball bag, though, I think it is kinda cute.
That is pretty pricey if was a gag gift but for the true basketball lover it is perfect!

Wow...those are truly hideous...that is a waste of good suede! If they HAD to produce these they should have at least made them out of terry cloth and added to the whole stupid sports theme...
